Despite recently celebrating incredible highs from a joyful, soul-nourishing meetup with a new friend to seeing my story featured in a national newspaper. I woke up feeling low and out of sorts. Instead of pushing it away or pretending, I chose to record exactly as I was raw, real and human.

- The pressure to “stay positive” when you’re a mentor or guide
- How guilt and overthinking can spiral, especially as a parent
- What Byron Katie’s wisdom taught me about questioning my thoughts
- Why feeling your emotions (not fixing them) is sometimes the most healing act
- The small grounding practices: breathwork, walking, gratitude, that help emotions move through the body
I remind us all that we’re not here to “just get through life,” but to live it fully, the good days and the hard ones. My message is simple : even when it doesn’t feel like it, you’re okay. You’re human. And that’s enough
